SPA MANAGERESS - Bushveld (with accommodation)

SABIE - Kruger National Park (ZA)

START: 16 May 2024

REPORTS TO: General Manager

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday – Sunday based on operations & guest requirements
• 6 Weeks ON / 2 Weeks OFF (rotate)

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R10,000 Gross Salary per month
• Services Commission 10%
• Retail Commission 15%
• Performance Incentives
• Single furnished, private room
• Daily staff meals

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Certification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology
2. Spa Management qualification - BONUS
3. City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP qualification

EXPERIENCE & KEY SKILLS:

1. Own reliable transport is preferred due to the remoteness of the spa
2. ONE Year minimum managerial experience (assistant / spa manager)
3. At least FIVE-years employment experience within spa environment (game reserve or bush lodge preferred)
4. Cruise ship employment experience highly beneficial but not essential
5. Strong leadership qualities
6. Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammar (reading, writing and speaking)
7. Spa software confident (scheduling, bookings, reports etc.)
8. Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
9. Able to lead and develop employees and services
10. Ability to give timely and excellence spa services at all time
11. Knowledge of spa and salon procedures
12. Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
