Donald Chiburre

I am an enthusiastic Industrial Engineer with over 4 years experience in the Industrial Engineering field in various companies, mostly in the supply chain and retail industries. I am eager to contribute to team success through problem solving, critical thinking, process improvement and solution generation. I have a clear understanding of business process management, lean six sigma principles, continuous improvement, project management and project facilitation.

My current role revolves around identification of projects, supporting operations with ordering equipment, process audits and implementation of solutions through conducting projects. In my previous job, I was more involved in business process analysis, where I was mapping business processes for various departments in the company such as IT, Finance, Procurement and Warehouse, implementing solutions, compiling specification documents and investigating system and process performance.

I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering which I obtained from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2018.
