I have a bachelor of technology in chemistry and a postgraduate diploma in business administration from Nelson Mandela University. I have 4 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry as a quality assurance analyst. 

I have experience working in a leather manufacturing environment as a quality assurance engineer. Inspecting of all incoming materials (chemicals, hides, & foam), and building relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. I have experience working in the laboratory, sampling and inspecting raw materials, testing bulk & finished samples and performing microbiological testing on personal care samples and RO water. I'm familiar with operating analytical instruments such as the ICP-OES, FTIR, auto-titrator and viscometer.

I have very good analytical skills, a drive to solve problems, I easily adapt to changes, I believe in teamwork and encouraging a good working environment and a culture that supports achieving the company’s objective. 

I have experience working in a leather manufacturing environment as a quality assurance engineer. Where my responsibilities are based on the inspection of all incoming materials (chemicals, hides, & foam), and building relationships with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. I am also responsible for the quality conformance of goods being exported to the different facilities of the company. Applying different quality core tools for problem solving. Adhering to ISO/TS 16949 Automotive Quality Management.

I also have experience working in a laboratory environment with adherence to ISO 17025 & ISO 9001 for Quality Management System. My experience is on sampling and inspecting raw materials, testing bulk & finished samples and performing microbiological testing on personal care samples and RO water. I'm familiar with operating analytical instruments such as the ICP-OES, FTIR, auto-titrator and viscometer.
