About Shawn Pharo:

I am a career driven self starter honing my skills within the lubricants industry across southern Africa, with a strong foundation representing Chevron Oronite, BASF lubricant products, Evonik viscosity modifiers & other mid level brands.

I am motivated to learn more about this business, hopefully expanding my reach to new regions. It would be my honour to work for Lubrizol across Africa.

Experience

My lubricants career started back in mid 1993, now I have over 30 years growth & development as my foundation, mostly with Chevron corp. I have completed many in-house training  and career development courses. 
A few more challenges lie ahead for rounding off my career as a lubricants professional.

Education

I have worked hard on skills development to enhance my career. being a member of the South African Institute of Tribology for more than 2 decades. I naturally wanted to complete my Lubrication Specialist training with STLE, and proud of my Certified Lubrication Specialist achievement in 2008.
continuous improvement is my incentive to be the best I can, offering my knowledge to younger, eager lubricants professionals to also improve their knowledge base across our business.
