I hold Certificates in Bookkeeping from Boston Business College, the Contact Call Center Certificate from Corner Stone FET , the Management LEVEL 3 Certificate from Sakhisisizwe Projects and the SARB REGULATORY TRAINING certificate, BASIC CASH HANDLING TRAINING certificate, ISA END TO END TRAINING certificate, SBSA (TPP) certificate and  SBSA (OCM) certificate from SBV COMPANY . I am a determined and passionate person. I like working with other people and share ideas, as an experience customer service person, I realized that it is important to know the customer’s needs and wants. I intend to treat my customers fairly and accommodate them regardless of their race, gender, socio-economic background, age. All customers are the same. We all have different capabilities and intelligences.

Every opportunity I come across, I grab it with both hands and give it my best shot. As a cashier I should treat all customers with respectful manner. One of my goals as a cashier is to make sure that always I must fulfill the customers’ needs. I want to be a greater inspirer. I am able to learn more new things and I am a fast learner, I am kind, humble and respectful. I have worked at Jet Stores, Pick n Pay, Kristal Home, FNB and Fleurhof Primary School that gave me the opportunity to gain lot of skills, such as working under pressure, respecting other people and their ideas and to never look down on other people. I am a future leader who aspires youth to make a difference.
