  • Purpose of the role was to assist the Project manager with the Coordination and Administration of the Project
  • Coordinate and execute all protect tasks 
  • Project Coordinator for Service Seta learnerships – LMS
  • Devising and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Customer Service
  • Assisting with Coordinating events
  • Liaising with stakeholders – from project initiation to execution
  • Daily project adhoc: Respond to client queries, answering phone calls, Scheduling meetings and record decisions, perform administrative tasks like typing, filing, photocopying, binding, and laminating.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Administrative support to project team upon request when work pressure is experienced.
  • Screening, recruiting, and placing candidates for the One Learner – programme
  • Marketing at Expositions
  • Maintain, develop and monitor client – business relationship.
  • Finding ways to measure customer and client satisfaction.
  • Performs comprehensive research to identify new potential clients to the programme.
  • Supporting CEO’s office: Projects Implementation in the monitoring of the EAAB Regional Offices.
  • Assisting in Funding proposals and application for the project (overall SETA environment and business process). Experience with Service Seta.
