I am in a position to: Analyse the South African property investment environment. 
Determine the risks associated with the management of properties. Prepare property 
management and property marketing reports. Interpret the legislation and regulations 
affecting the management of properties. I have acquired and developed skills in 
facilitation, communication, conflict management, presentation, teamwork, time 
management, as well as the internet and different Ms Office applications. Through my 
academic years and previous job’s I developed strong team working skills, leadership, 
analytic, interpersonal skills and an ability to work in often exigent conditions.
