I helped with candidate sourcing, evaluating resumes, and basic screenings. Additionally, I took part in discussion with candidates and coordination of interviews.
I contributed to the preparation and organisation of new hires' onboarding materials so that their transition into the organisation would be easy and pleasant.
I helped with the review and revision of HR policies and practises to bring them into compliance with the most recent rules and laws.

I assisted with the planning of workshops and kept track of training attendance to support the training initiatives.

A thorough and specialized educational programme, the Advanced Diploma in business Administration provided me with advanced knowledge and practical abilities in a variety of company management and administration-related areas. I also learn about entrepreneurship, project management, leadership, and communication, resulting in well-rounded individuals capable of fostering innovation and corporate success.
