I honestly believe that I am the right person for this job because I have worked as a catering manager for close to three years, so I know how to bring out the best from staff, lead, motivate and when needed discipline. I have also worked as a deli manager for Pick n Pay for almost two years, I know the cold chain, food safety and temperatures, cooking, baking, presentation, ordering, merchandising and stock taking. I furthermore have worked in a 5 star restaurant/ hotel.

I have worked in the hospitality and retail industry over a couple of years now. I started from the bottom up, proving my value and worth to the different companies I have worked for. I then took a break to complete my qualification in hospitality management.

I have learnt a lot on my career journey. I can delegate, manage and oversee staff and production. I have shifted staff, done MS office admin, ordering stock on SAP, maintained health and safety, met sales target, trained and perform product displays and promos. It is value that I have product knowledge.

I am professional chef with a fine dining background and corporate. I am an experience catering manager also.

I have a diploma in Hospitality management from Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
