Adéle Kapp

I am an Industrial Psychologist and strategic leader with over a decade of experience spanning higher education, organisational development, and people management. My career has evolved from research and lecturing into programme leadership and operational oversight, where I’ve built a reputation for driving human-centred systems, improving academic and organisational performance, and leading multidisciplinary teams with empathy and accountability. I bring expertise in leadership development, stakeholder engagement, governance compliance, and performance optimisation; underpinned by a strong commitment to purposeful, values-driven impact.

I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and am currently completing my PhD in the same field at Stellenbosch University. My academic foundation combines behavioural science, leadership, and organisational strategy, providing a deep understanding of human performance, workplace systems, and sustainable people practices.
