Liyema Mandlake

My name is Liyema Lorenzo Mandlake I am an educated and well versered HR entry level professional who through a rotational HR internship with Siemens Energy has been within the space of learning a development, talent acquisition, HR administration and industrial relations.

I have the experince and know how to facilitate the required tasks of a HR, I am truly open to the opportunity to learn and develop within my career with your organisation, as a Nelson Mandela Bay native. My main concern has been working for organisations that have a vested interest in human capital and ensuring equal developmental opportunities for employees.

I am based in Midrand, Johannesburg, and I am an Industrial Psychology Honours Graduate who is young, driven, efficacious and ambitious. I also have recently concluded an intercultural workshop which had trained my ability to facilitate business relations with inidivudals of other cultures.

I worked for this organisation during my second year of studying my undergraduate degree. from February 2020 until April 2021

I have successfully completed by Bachelor of Arts Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology at the Nelson Mandela University in 2022. My graduation ceremony is on April 17th, 2023.

I also completed my Undergraduate Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management at Nelson Mandela University in 2021.
