I am African female with 24 years HR experience spanning different industries. I have crafted responsive HR strategies to enable business strategy, developed competency frameworks to determine core and leadership competencies required in the organisation, to inform competency based recruitment, development, performance management and values recognition. I have experience in the full HR value chain, ranging from creating great EVP and employer experience for all employee segments, onboarding programmes for employees and, executives all the way to dignified exit processes that enable knowledge capturing and lessons to be learnt by the organisation. I am a proponent of the learning organisation that self reflects and improves.

I hold an MBA degree and have applied for my PhD studies. I am lifelong learner who believes business has a critical role to play in the growth of our nation and humanity at large.
