The cornerstone of our trading operations is our over-the-counter (OTC) desk, which stands as one of the largest for crypto trading in South Africa.

Fivewest is currently seeking a Trading Administrator to join our growing Trading Desk.


About The Role:


As a Trading Administrator, you will be an integral part of our trading operations, providing crucial support to our Traders and ensuring the smooth functioning of our trading desk.

This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, client interaction, and coordination with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless trading activities.


Key Responsibilities:

Administration Duties:


  • Facilitate the opening and maintenance of trading accounts.
  • Ensure accurate and uptodate documentation for client accounts.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure regulatory requirements are met and complete trade recon sheets to submit to the compliance team
  • Create and manage internal folders for tradingrelated documentation.
  • Handle invoicing in respect of trading activities to third parties where required.
  • Keep track of and report on various trading metrics and data.

Trade Support:


  • Assist Traders in executing and confirming trades.
  • Maintain internal records and documentation related to trading activities.
  • Communicate with thirdparty entities to facilitate transactions.
  • Complete AIT Applications

Client Interaction:


  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
  • Communicate with third parties to facilitate various transactions.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or sufficient courses in the administration, finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a trading or financial administration role.
  • Experience in the crypto industry is preferred.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic trading environment.

Salary:
From R12 000,00 per month
