The cornerstone of our trading operations is our over-the-counter (OTC) desk, which stands as one of the largest for crypto trading in South Africa.

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Client Engagement:

Conduct introductory meetings and presentations to potential clients.
Understand client needs and tailor product or service offerings to meet those needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster longterm partnerships.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing and software team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Pipeline Management:

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely progression of opportunities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of +5 years in sales, business development or related role in the financial/crypto space.
Strong understanding of the financial/crypto space and the market dynamics.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Goaloriented and selfmotivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

The position will include a basic salary and competitive commission structure.
