- Cultivating and managing a network of prospects.
- Initiating contact with potential customers to promote targeted FIS products and/or services.
- Collaborating within a sales team to market assigned products or services to identified key accounts.
- Showcasing product expertise encompassing various solutions, markets, and competitive insights.
- Creating and delivering proposals to clients utilizing FIS tools and resources.
- Negotiating, formulating, and finalizing agreements that align with customer expectations and FIS's capacity to deliver; leveraging suitable company resources as per the resource plan for product marketing support or specialized product sales expertise.
- Aiding in the formulation of sales strategies and plans.
- Maintaining a fine balance between Hunting and Farming activities.
- Achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Performing other relevant duties as assigned.
- Solid comprehension of FIS products and services
- General understanding of Actuarial Domain, Insurance, financial, and/or payment solutions technology, including systems, applications, and banking procedures
- Expertise in negotiation and communication, both written and verbal
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
- Analytical skills to assess client business needs and requirements
- Capability to remain composed under varying levels of pressure
- Proven track record of engagement in industry trade groups preferred
- Ability to establish and nurture effective relationships with all management levels (internally/externally), employees, clients, and the public
- Travel will be necessary
