    Description

    We are looking for a skilled Technical Test Analyst with expertise in Tax systems to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Tax software through effective testing strategies and processes.

    Role Purpose:
    Ensure the quality of all solutions is functionally and non-functionally tested, in order to meet the requirements and achieve overall sustainable quality of the business solution.

    Your Expertise:

    This person is responsible for end-to-end manual and automated testing for the business solutions. The solution should be tested in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability, compatibility, and integration with other legacy- and/or external systems.

    • Assist with the testing gap analysis between requirements and existing environments accurately.
    • Ensure that user stories are clearly defined and written correctly with acceptance criteria.
    • Define quality standards upfront in the sprint meeting and ensure they are achieved.
    • Document the test plan, test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and the final results.
    • Build test automation artifacts.
    • Execute and maintain the manual and automation regression tests.
    • Demonstrate deliverables to key stakeholders.
    • Ensure the agreed quality standard is maintained always.
    • Minimize team defects by ensuring upfront code quality.
    • Drive and enable User Acceptance Testing.
    • Drive collective ownership for testing.
    • Continuously evolve Quality Assurance in your business area

    Qualifications Required:

    • Min: Diploma in Information Technology.
    • Degree in BSC/ IT preferred.
    • Investments knowledge preferred.
    • Min of 5 years' experience in testing with min 2 years in software automation testing.
    • Exposure to diverse IT projects using a variety of testing tools and techniques.
    • Qualifications preferred: Testing qualification ISTQB/ISEB.
    • Must have SQL knowledge.
    • At least 2 years development experience working with big data and databases.
