I am a Business Analyst that has been working in the BA field since 2005. 

A seasoned Business Analyst offering over 10 years of experience supporting business solution software and analysing business operations.

I started working at SITA in 2005. I started as a BA intern where i aquired my Business Analyst skill. I was placed within the Department of the Defence environment where I honed my skills under a senior BA. I was then placed into the Department of Arts and Culture environment heading Document management solutions. I have been working for 10yrs in the South African Police Service environment drafting requirements and processes through interactive worksessions with the clients,  designing system interface , testing solutions, leading UAT sessions different solutions for the client. Managing a team of 4 BA's.
