    The main purpose of the job is to ensure fast, efficient processing and fulfilling of customer orders, being ever mindful of company standards of appearance and behavior.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Ensuring that stock levels are always maintainedEnsuring that all non-stock items are quoted on and purchased in accordanceDealing with customer queries accurately and timeouslyEnsuring that agreed delivery times are metAssisting customers at all times as well as with loading of customer goods when requiredManage sales and administrative functionsTaking telephonic ordersManaging the delivery of customer goods accurately and in line with company policyListening to customer requirements and offering advice/alternativesTo uphold and promote the company values and culture

    Good communication skillsMulti-functional orientation/working across functionsBasic computer skills – 0 year5 yearsMinimum of 5 years' of selling experienceBasic computer skillsWorking with people (Team player)
