- You will have completed a qualification in Software Engineering or related coupled with 3-5 years experience in Support Desk Management or Software Consultant, and who has experience in leading a small team.
- You will have experience in managing, guiding and developing a department to provide the best possible service, as well as ensuring SLA deliverables are met and exceeded for customers.
- You will have prior expertise in reporting in ticketing statuses and providing effective and efficient problem solving to exceed customer satisfaction.
- You will be a natural collaborator, a team player and be proactive in terms of providing professional support to both the team and customers.
- Proficiency in ZOHO CRM and Microsoft packages are essential
