Receptionist answering the switchboard, transferring calls, and taking messages General typing Assisting with administration relating to Employee Benefit Schemes Service and maintain existing clients and their records on Wealthcraft, the Retirement Cash Flow Forecaster and the Asset Allocation as is required by FAIS Computer data base on Wealthcraft to be kept updated whenever a change is made to the client record Any other tasks which you may be required to perform with regards to the clients Life/Investment Planning requirements Calling for policy information To assist where necessary when required with administration duties in the office Requirements: A relevant degree or diploma in Financial Services, Payroll/HR, Accounting, Legal, or Insurance At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar roles within the financial services industry Due to the high volume of applications received, only suitable candidates who meet the criteria of this vacancy will be contacted.
