An exp. SERVICE ADVISOR (with AUTOMOTIVE / DEALERSHIP /
COMMERCIAL INDUSTRY) is required for permanent employment based in
Newcastle. Represent the dealership at reception, welcome customers, book
in units for repairs/servicing. Answer questions about service outcomes,
schedule and book appointments, facilitate units and customer drop-offs and
pick-ups. Assist with parts sourcing, and pricing and create quotes for
customers’ approval. Provide customers with feedback and information
regarding the progress of unit repairs. Establish and maintain good working
relationships with fleet customers, to encourage repeat and referral business
Complaints handling to resolution. Any other related duties as required by the
Managing Director and Workshop Manager when required. Greet customers
and offer excellent customer service. Maintain customer records and enter data
into dealership system
NON-NEGOTIABLE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
« Min 3 year's exp. as a Service Advisor with a reputable Dealership /
Vehicle / Truck or Commercial brand
« Strong knowledge of administrative processes and systems (workshop
management system) + Exp with corporate dealerships / and volume brands
« Track record of reaching targets
« Exceptional customer service + administrative abilities
+ Grade 12 Matric + Computer literate / Pastel / Excel / Kerridge / Pinnacle
(adv) + Driver's license
« Able to work in a highly pressurised environment with attention to detail
« Contactable references
« Position based in Newcastle, local residence required.
