An opportunity for a JUNIOR / GRADUATE ACCOUNTANT is
required for permanent employment based in Newcastle. To provide
various Accounting related functions and duties within a group of
companies.
NON-NEGOTIABLE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
« BCom (Accounting), preferably with articles and active profession-
al body membership (SAICA, SAIPA, ACCA)
« Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accountant or
Bookkeeper with 1 to 2 years Post articles experience.
« High level of confidentiality
« Strong work ethics and integrity
. Solid knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and accounting
standards
Excellent computer skills — Microsoft Excel
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
Accuracy and attention to detail
Aptitude for numbers
Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
Newcastle residency required
