An opportunity for a mature and exp. TRUCK & COMMERCIAL DEALER
PRINCIPAL is req. for permanent employment based on the Ermelo. Reporting
to the Group Director and Finance Director, The D.P. will be expected to be
highly motivated and with a distinct goal orientation you will enjoy leading your
sales and service team to success. You will be a problem solver with a passion
for leading and developing your staff. With several years of previous DP
managerial exp, you will have good knowledge about the commercial / truck
automotive industry. In addition to your ability to communicate and your creativ-
ity, you will motivate your employees to achieve top performance. Be responsi-
ble for sales, turnover and results. Development of the dealership by develop-
ing and implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies and driving
the business. Management and development of employees through disciplinary
and functional guidance and target setting
NON-NEGOTIABLE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
« An exp. individual with a proven track record within the commercial / truck
motor industry / dealership environment + A min 6-8 years’ exp. within a
Dealer Principal role
+ Relevant / position related tertiary education Degree / Diploma (adv) +
Relevant training and/or certificates etc (adv) + Grade 12 (Matric)
« Computer literate (Microsoft packages) + In-house dealerships operating
systems exp + Driver's licence + (Code 14 adv)
