    Description

    Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Technical Representative to join our client in the Logistics industry. As a Technical Representative, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to customers in the logistics industry. You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any technical issues that may arise. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical knowledge and excellent problem-solving skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical support and solutions to customers in the logistics industry
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
    • Investigate and resolve technical issues and customer complaints
    • Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections of equipment
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in the logistics field
    • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and reports to customers

    Requirements

    • A marketing or Sales Diploma is preferred with engineering background
    • Previous experience in a technical support or representative role, preferably in the logistics industry
    • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of logistics operations
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and customers
    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
    • Valid driver's license
