In the role of a BDC representative, you will drive growth by developing and nurturing business relationships with present and future customers.
You will coordinate incoming online and telephone requests, and make appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities Must be flexible with scheduling, including nights and weekendsFast pace environment, must be able to meet call handling time and daily call goalsMust have great phone and computer skillsResponsible for developing, processing, managing, following up and tracking all dealership customers as it pertains to the specific departmentThis individual completes all reports and administrative procedures requiredFollow up on unsold showroom traffic and chat inquiriesHandle all incoming calls to the service departmentMaintains a general understanding of the repair process and explains the process to our customersAddresses customer concerns and issues or escalates them as neededCoordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnelPersonal Traits and Qualifications Directs customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contactEnsures all service targets are met or exceededProvides timely and accurate reports on service activities as neededApproaches, greets, and offers assistance or direction to any customerProvides electronic and phone customer service assistance
