_Requirements:
_
- _ Matric_
- _ 5+ years experience in freight forwarding._
- _ Must have sound knowledge of export processes (sea, air, and road modes)._
- _ Knowledge of exports to MEA and Europe, related procedure, and documentation required._
- _ Must have extensive understanding and knowledge of incoterms_
- _ Understanding of profit and loss revenue on a shipment basis_


_ Responsibilities:
_
- _ Quoting Air, Sea, Courier, Road (if required)._
- _ Arranging exports in all modes from start to finish including collections, bookings, and checking. documents, SI, arranging clearance and cargo dues, invoicing._
- _ Track and Trace departures, connections, and arrivals._
- _ Providing Status Reports and Agent/Client updates._
- _ Arranging hazardous packing and labeling._
- _ Planning project cargo._
- _ Assisting clients with workable solutions to various export challenges in terms of offering alternative solutions, and different options._
- _ Checking sailing schedules and equipment availability._
- _ Processing special documentation e.g., SADC, COO, EUR1, BV, and BSC Certificates._
