_Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced Restaurant Manager at their organization_

Umhlanga, KZN_

_Requirements:
_
- _ Diploma in Hospitality Management/ any industry-related qualification_
- _ 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star Hotel_
- _ Must be able to lead a large team_
- _ Previous stock control experience_
- _ Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook_

_ Responsibilities:
_
- _ Lead and organize the restaurant team, set and maintain standards, and strive to always keep improving standards whilst maintaining budget and gross profit._
- _ Responsible to operate within the policies and procedures as set out in the operating manual._
- _ ensure the guests get the highest level of food and beverage service by making contact with the guests and checking customer satisfaction_
- _ Maintain a high standard of personal service with all guests_
- _ Take personal responsibility for any guest situation, seeing the situation through to the solution_
- _ Ensure that your outlet is following correct billing procedures so that all revenue is correctly allocated and recorded_
- _ Promoting and maximizing sales._
