Responsibilities:


  • Take on the development and implementation of the regional marketing plan
  • Develop and manage marketing processes and protocols within the region, in accordance with National Marketing guidelines
  • Responsible for the regional marketing budget, working with managers to compile the budget and managing and tracking the budget during the course of the year
  • Offer rules, guidance, and advice to the region in the development and implementation of its marketing strategies and communications
  • Ensure that the region remains informed about 'all things marketing' through efficient and effective ongoing communication with the National Marketing team
  • Understand and promote the brand benefits in all regional marketing initiatives
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to brand compliance, positioning, identity, and standards by all offices in the region and their agents
  • Plan implementation strategies for the rollout of national marketing campaigns into the region
  • Ensure that marketing focus is maintained within the region and that strategic marketing discipline is applied
  • Ensure that national marketing initiatives are carried through at the regional and micro/agent level
  • Ongoing assessment of ad hoc PR and/or social media opportunities
  • Conduct Post-CampaignAudits on all major regional marketing campaigns, for presentation to regional management and National Marketing
  • Ongoing assessment of brand standardisation and compliance in marketing communications within the region
  • Ongoing Market and Competitor Intelligence, reporting findings to Operations and to National Marketing
  • Constructive feedback and input to National Marketing on innovative ideas and past learnings
  • Understand, assess, and communicate the marketing benefits and options available for the company's bespoke CRM Software including liaising with its Support team
  • Regarding feedback on new, amended, or missing marketing collateral; manage, review and report on brand template software, including the setup of accounts
  • Management of invoicing; comprehensive record keeping of all marketing activities at a microlevel in each office
  • Setting up and administering a reference library (on Google Drive) with photographs in order to speed up decisionmaking
  • Manage, review and report on local and international proprietary communication channels e.g., Savills
  • Manage new briefs for area guides, development pages, agent profile pages, and agent lifestyle images for submission
  • Identify and negotiate relevant regional 3rd party alliances and partnerships with the company so as to unlock added value and sponsorships for the region e.g., sponsorship of Agent meetings by attorneys
  • Management of local events and assisting the Events Team with regional events e.g., invitations, RSVP seating plans, script, certificates and management and distribution of photos
  • Responsible for the management, development, and performance of the regional marketing team (including the social media manager, digital designer and marketing coordinator).

Requirements:


  • A relevant Marketing qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience
  • Advertising agency experience (essential)
  • A natural leader capable of managing a team, and able to handle a wide range of stakeholders all of which have challenging demands
  • A flair for creativity and the ability to present well to large audiences
  • Strategically minded with a passion for brands (particularly those in the luxury space) and design
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to keep abreast of current marketing and social media trends
  • Willing and able to work irregular hours
  • A team player with a strong work ethic
  • Positive and proactive, solutiondriven with a helpful attitude at all times
  • Professional and calm communication skills when dealing with clients, suppliers and colleagues
  • Able to motivate and inspire the regional marketing team
  • Must be high energy and willing and able to "get hands dirty"
  • Digitally savvy with experience across the omnichannel digital spectrum including social, CRM and digital media
  • The ability to write well, with copywriting skills as a plus.
