- Monitoring and ensuring that Biometric Time & Attendance System is utilized correctly, and completed on a daily basis.
- Filing: Particularly customer and Supplier related documents, employee related documents, as well as all documents
- Supplier Invoices & Credit notes
- Supplier Payments
- Customer invoicing & credit notes
- Customer Payments
- Matric
- Driver's license and own transport
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Customer and Supplier telephone and email skills
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
