- Monitor client infrastructure and solutions
- Identify and resolve problems and errors promptly
- Investigate and identify root causes of incidents and problems
- Execute approved maintenance activities
- Provide support to clients via phone or chat when needed
- Report and escalate incidents as required
- Update knowledge articles for continuous improvement
- At least 2 years of experience in a service center environment or relevant internship
- Working knowledge of IP, DHCP, DNS, and Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with network troubleshooting and support
- Knowledge of ITIL and relevant certifications such as CCNA
- Degree in IT/Computing or related field (preferred)
