This project aims to Fabrication of novel nanocrystals metals sulfides as photon absorber's in quantum dot sensitized solar cells.


THE KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS INCLUDE:


  • To synthesize and characterize DTCs ligands
  • To synthesize and characterize metal complexes using respective assynthesized DTCs ligands
  • To synthesize and characterize metal sulfides quantum dots
  • To compare the solar cell performance of the metal sulfides quantum dots in quantum dots sensitized solar cells

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


  • Doctoral degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field obtained within the last 4 years
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the abovementioned research areas
  • A track record of publications in DHET accredited journals
