Description

DUTIES:


  • General Workshop administration duties
  • Daily Filing of jobs/backing documents
  • Ensure all backing documents are attached
  • Assist Foreman with excess call volumes
  • Assist the foreman with information pertaining to jobcard queries
  • Create necessary purchase requisitions and orders
  • Extract a daily WIP report
  • Must attend regular WIP meetings and assist processing of jobs
  • Follow up on supplier invoices
  • Capture of time sheets to SAP.
  • Capture of orders, MIGO to SAP system.
  • Ensure all jobcard values are accurate
  • Update CRM
  • Costing / invoicing of jobcards
  • Assist / monitor consumable purchases
  • Assist with quotations when required
  • Assist with machine delivery administration

REQUIREMENTS:


  • ABET Level
  • Good communication skills.
  • SAP computer experience
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • Ability to interact with team members.
