Workshop Administrator - Nelspruit, South Africa - Bell Equipment
Description
DUTIES:
- General Workshop administration duties
- Daily Filing of jobs/backing documents
- Ensure all backing documents are attached
- Assist Foreman with excess call volumes
- Assist the foreman with information pertaining to jobcard queries
- Create necessary purchase requisitions and orders
- Extract a daily WIP report
- Must attend regular WIP meetings and assist processing of jobs
- Follow up on supplier invoices
- Capture of time sheets to SAP.
- Capture of orders, MIGO to SAP system.
- Ensure all jobcard values are accurate
- Update CRM
- Costing / invoicing of jobcards
- Assist / monitor consumable purchases
- Assist with quotations when required
- Assist with machine delivery administration
REQUIREMENTS:
- ABET Level
- Good communication skills.
- SAP computer experience
- Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years related experience.
- Ability to interact with team members.
