One of our clients based in Stikland, Cape Town an online Retail company looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join their team in the home furniture retail industry.

A start-up company with a small team.


Skills & Qualifications:


  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

_ Retail Sales Experience will be a plus _

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • High level of product knowledge and a willingness to continually learn.
  • Ability to handle a fastpaced working environment and multitask.
  • Ability to evolve into a sales management role.
  • Strong computer literacy.

Responsibilities:

Greet and guide walk-in customers in our showroom, providing tailored product recommendations based on their needs.

Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries across multiple channels, upholding exceptional customer service standards.


Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist customers in their purchase decisions and to help explain the benefits and features of our products.

Collaborate with other team members and the marketing team to enhance the sales aspect of the business.

Proactively reach out to potential leads to harness sales opportunities.

Exhibit potential to evolve into a sales management position.
