Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of experience in office management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field and advantage

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the Training Academy
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants
  • Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained at all times
  • Oversee the management of office supplies and equipment
  • Provide regular reports to management on the performance of the academy
  • Monitor the budget and expenses of the academy, ensuring that spending remains within budget
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers as needed
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the academy
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with typical office hours of 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work may be required during peak periods or for special events. The position is based at the Training Academy's offices in Maitland and may require occasional travel to attend conferences or meetings
