    Pharon Capital, a registered Independent Financial Advisory and Boutique Asset Management firm, is looking for candidates who are interested in forging a career in the Financial Services Industry.

    With the number of financial advisors in South Africa declining on an annual basis, Pharon Capital is looking to disrupt the financial services industry by expanding our footprint with a team of focused and career driven Financial advisors equipped with the best of technology, transparent reporting and asset management expertise.


    Pharon Capital ensures that all our Financial advisors recieve comprehensive training from internal as well as external sources ensuring that they are fully equipped to render the best financial advice to all our clients.


    We differentiate ourselves in the market by assisting our Financial advisors with a business enabling income of R12 000 per month (plus commission) as well as providing lead generation support.

    Our offices are a proud new landmark in Benoni, East Rand. Candidates should ideally reside within a distance in which they can commute to the office on a daily basis.

    Job Description


    Successful applicants will be responsible for identifying opportunities, establishing a detailed understanding of a client's financial needs, and meeting pre-defined new business (sales) targets and servicing existing clients.


    • Sales Planning
    Cold calling clients to set up appointments to discuss the clients financial planning requirements.
    Develop a weekly call plan.
    Attending to appointments to perform a Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) for the client.

    Once a FNA has been finalised for the client, propose the best solution for the client using the product ranges (risk, savings and investments) and mixes available.


    • Customer Relationship Management
    Collate all customer details to ascertain customer's affordability and requirements.
    Ensure that all the customer details are captured on a central reporting database.
    Ensure that TAT's are adhered to with regards to customer enquiries and responses.
    Research customer's financial history and future requirements to ensure suitability of product recommendation.
    Build and maintain good customer relationships with all clients of Pharon Capital.
    Obtain referrals from existing customers.

    • Personal Knowledge
    Develop an understanding of all company products, industry regulations and FSB regulations through own research and company training initiatives.
    Stay abreast of all market developments through continuous upskilling.
    Develop a Personal Development Plan that ensures upskilling within the Financial Services industry for manager's approval.
    Experience, Qualifications and Skills

    Education

    Minimum requirement:
    Matric (NQF 4) qualification

    Ideal requirement:
    Post matric B-degree, Sales / Marketing diploma, RE 5
    Ideal experience will include all call centre sales, customer-facing roles, sales of investment, medical and insurance products.
    Other

    Clear credit and criminal record.
    Meet the FSB's fit and proper persons requirements.
    A valid Drivers licence.
    Own reliable vehicle.
    Reside in the East Rand or prepared to travel to Benoni.

    Salary & Benefits

    A Business Enabling Allowance of R12,000.00 per month plus commission.
    Commission structures are based on the employee meeting minimum validation criteria.
    Full training will be provided to all succesfull applicants.
    Assistance with lead generation through partner companies.
