I started as a Teller in 2008 and I got promoted to sales and service consultant in 2010 ,and got promoted to a collection official in 2015 to 2017 ,I got promoted to Adt and ATM Custodian from 2017 till Jan 2023.

Assisting customers with their deposits and withdrawals at the teller office , Opening and closing accounts and identifying customer needs,selling products to the customers based on their needs, Issuing cards and maintaining customer profiles as customers needs, Migrating customers and educate them on convenience ways to bank, Managing ADT and ATM cash checking on a weekly and monthly basis as Audit requirements,loading and de-cashing devices if a need arises and managing cash order money from SBV and send it off to them managing the branches Volts and balancing of the Journals and cash on the Volts as end of daily procedures.

I passed my grade 12 and proceeded to University of Johannesburg and studied I achieved a BCom Degree . I started working for First National Bank in 2008 and was promoted to a number of positions and later promoted to manage the branches ADT and ATM devices as per bank procedures and Audit requirements,I worked from 2008-2023.
