Establishing and maintaining a structured daily routine for residents,
including meals, school, homework, chores, and recreational
activities.
Assisting residents with their educational needs, including homework
help, tutoring, and ensuring school attendance.
Implementing behavior management strategies to address
challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior among
residents.
Maintain open communication with the families or guardians of
residents.
Providing emotional and psychological support to residents through
counseling and therapeutic interventions.
Collaborating with mental health professionals when necessary.
Working closely with other care workers, therapists, social workers,
and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to care.
Develop crisis management plans for each resident and provide
ongoing support and follow-up to prevent future crises.
Reporting any suspected child abuse, neglect, or safety concerns to
the appropriate authorities in accordance with legal requirements.
