    Description
    The Order to Cash Manager is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of Order to Cash functions, such as processing, compliance, and problem-solving related to Customer sales. This role involves managing the credit team, vetting team, and Customer Accountant within the Shared Services division.
    • Order to Cash Operations:
    • Provide operational oversight for all transactions submitted for credit approval.
    • Aim for clean audits related to customer processes and account ageings.
    • Reconcile General Ledger Accounts Receivable and associated accounts.
    • Leadership and Direction:
    • Lead a high-performance team with clear goals and key performance indicators.
    • Monitor team performance, especially related to credit policies and reconciliation processes.
    Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
    • Credit Control and Collections:
    • Assess customer credit applications to determine creditworthiness.
    • Provide ongoing reports on past due accounts to management.
    • Collaborate with various departments to resolve collections and ensure timely communication.
    • Manage customer invoicing, credit adjustments, and collections.
    • Investigate and resolve aged accounts receivable.
    • Minimize portfolio delinquency, collections, and write-offs.
    • Financial Management and Control:
    • Develop financial management plans and processes.
    • Digital Strategy/Transformational Projects Execution:
    • Implement elements of the digital roadmap using agile and design-thinking principles.
    EDUCATION
    Bcom Accounting Honours - preferably a Chartered Accountant CA (SA)
    EXPERIENCE
    Minimum of 5 years experience leading a team in Order to Cash functions. Experience in Shared Services and IFRS 9 reporting is beneficial. Strong problem-solving and change management skills are required.
    Managerial Experience: Experience in planning, managing, and organizing resources within policy frameworks for at least 5 years.
    Salary: up to R1 300 mill pa CTC
