Rapidly growing, our client develops upmarket residential units in the Durban North region. Operating in metropolitan cities nationally, they have a vested interest in delivering high quality products that improve lifestyle.

With their new developments becoming popular, they have decided to keep some stock of their portfolio to create their own rental division for short stay tenants.

As such, they are seeking an organized and customer-centric Hospitality Property Manager who will assist with property management of the rental units.

Your day to day will include maintaining all listings on online platforms, managing bookings, setting price strategies, maintaining timeous communication with guests/short-stay tenants, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, managing all property maintenance and inspections, as well as reporting on campaign and marketing efficiency, customer satisfaction and property performance.
