- Position Totaljobs Group as a strategic and trusted partner and build strong relationships with key stakeholders from SME clients.
- Gain a thorough understanding of SME clients' current and future needs and their strategy and prepare customized solutions.
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends to offer insights and expertise to our SME clients.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting, building, and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business prospects through to client on-boarding.
- Create compelling proposals that communicate our value and deliver to the client's strategy and requirements.
- Proactively generate new leads from client referrals and networking as well as acting on leads generated by our marketing activities.
- Generate, negotiate, and close new business opportunities with SME clients.
- Ensure that sales targets are met on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis through developing existing client relationships whilst also growing and converting a pipeline of new business.
- Previous new business sales experience in Micro SME Sector.
- Consistent track record of working within a target driven environment and achieving these targets consistently.
- Evidence of delivering a high work-rate within sales (e.g., evidence of a high number of cold-calls made)
- Demonstrable experience of resilience; the ability to bounce back after multiple rejections from clients.
- Basic computer skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong listener, presenter, and a people-person.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Goal-orientated, organized team player.

- Ability to review and develop one's competencies.
- Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions, with support.
- B2B sales experience, ideally within a comparable industry sector.
- A good understanding of the sales process, with strong negotiation and objection handling skills.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
