    PERSONAL ASSISTANT / RESTAURANT BOOKING ASSISTANT
    (Green Point, Cape Town)


    Seeking a competent, attention to detail PA & RESTAURANT BOOKING ASSISTANT for a busy and versatile Restaurant and Event's Venue, located in Green Point.

    This is NOT a remote based opportunity)


    The perfect individual in this role should demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, exceptional organisation and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking skills and excellent time management, advanced level in MS-Office and restaurant booking platforms such as Dineplan.

    Someone with natural leadership skills, stable and able to perform under pressure. Previous hospitality experience is essential.

    The role should reinforce client-to-business relations, PA duties, restaurant reservations assistance.

    Position requirements and examples of key accountabilities


    • Advanced-level skills in MS Office (i.e. Power Point, Excel, Outlook etc.)
    • Relevant tertiary education
    • Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
    • Managing bookings on Dineplan
    • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
    • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, feedback, presentations ad correspondence
    • Managing databases and filing systems and conducting research
    • Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
    • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
    • Driver's license and own vehicle beneficial
    Remuneration
    R15 000 Basic
