    Description

    beBee Professionals is looking for a highly motivated and experienced M&A Transactions Counsel to join our team in Cape Town.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of corporate law, securities law, and contract law, as well as experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.


    The successful candidate should have:

    • A law degree from an accredited university
    • At least 5 years of experience in M&A transactions
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
