Junior HR Recruiter

INTRODUCTION:

An exciting opportunity has become available within the Construction industry, for a Junior HR Recruiter. The position is based in Durbanville.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Tertiary Qualification: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of

Relevant Regulatory Acts:
Basic Conditions, Labor Relations, Employment Equity, and other Acts as relevant to the recruitment process

  • Minimum 12 months experience within recruitment field
  • Strict adherence to confidential information
  • Must have own reliable transport.
  • Excellent command of English language (reading, writing, and communicating)
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • This position involves assisting with various aspects of the recruitment process, from mining databases, online filing, drawing up of advertisements, screening of CVs for shortlisting, coordinating interview arrangements, referencing, and various other administrative functions.
  • Recruitment Administration: Drafting of Recruitment Specs for advertising purposes, monitor and update posts and ensure accuracy; etc.
  • Coordination of recruitment activities, e.g., scheduling of interviews, arranging logistics, etc.
  • Data Management, e.g., data base maintenance; online filing system of CV's; tracking of applicants, etc.
