    Description
    *** THIS POSITION REQUIRES CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE IN CAR RENTAL, TRAVEL, HOSPITALITY OR SIMILAR INDUSTRIES**

    Not a morning person? This might just be the perfect opportunity for you Join the team at a leading Car Rental Company as a dynamic and reliable team member. Your role will include managing bookings, upselling, maintaining client relationships, handling administrative tasks, and generating reports. This position requires attention to detail and a high level of professionalism, while providing impeccable customer service. A background in car rental, hospitality or similar call centre is necessary for this role. If you're enthusiastic and responsible, we'd love to hear from you.

    Working hours are: Monday to Friday 16h00 to 22h00, Saturdays and Sundays 12h00 to 22h00 (Sundays are rotational) You also get every 2nd Friday and Saturday off .

    Job Requirements
    Matric Certificate
    A valid Drivers License
    At least 2 years call centre experience in Car Rental, Travel, Hospitality or similar
    Excellent planning and administration skills
    Excellent command of the English Language (First or Second Language)
    Good computer skills (Excel)
    Contactable references
    Stable work history

    You will need the following documents to apply.
    • A FULL CV in Word or PDF format - Must include Company Names, Dates of Employment and Reasons for Leaving
    • Qualification Certificates (Matric Minimum)
    • Copy of SA ID Document
    • A copy of a valid Drivers License
    • A recent photograph of yourself
    • 3 months of payslips
    • Names and contact numbers for at least 2 References
