We are looking for highly Motivated Call center agents eager to learn and grow in the Call Centre Industry.


Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Management and resolve customer complaints.
• Sell products and place customer orders telephonic
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
• Provide product and service information to customers.

Requirements:

Must be able to speak fluent English

Ability to work with less or no supervision

Good Interpersonal skills

Self Driven


Salary:
R3, R8,800.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• High School (matric) (preferred)

Experience:

• Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
