Minimum requirements for the role:


  • Must have a BCom degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 4 years financial/banking experience is required
  • Must have experience in deal structuring, execution, and client engagement
  • Strong oral and written communication skills exchange, convey, and express knowledge and ideas are essential
  • Must have an understanding of the loan origination and client information systems
  • Must be fastpaced with strong business development skills
  • Developing and implementing strategies for the Invoice Discounting department.
  • Sourcing new Debtor Finance clients to expand the client book.
  • Implementing Time Management strategies to multitask between the different tasks required in the team.
  • Developing sufficient product knowledge to explain the product, pricing, terms, etc. to the customers.
  • Understanding the process that needs to be followed by the operations team and explaining this to the customers.
  • Providing timely, attentive, and upbeat service to a customer, and making sure their needs are met in a manner that reflects positively on the business.
