    Corporate Law Attorney Freelance Legal
    Description
    beBee Professionals is seeking a Corporate Ethics Counsel to join our team in Soweto. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on ethical matters to the organization.

    The Corporate Ethics Counsel will be expected to:

    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
    • Monitor and review corporate activities to ensure compliance with ethical standards
    • Provide advice and guidance on ethical matters to the organization
    • Investigate and resolve ethical issues
    • Develop and deliver training programs on ethical issues
    • Represent the organization in legal proceedings
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • A law degree from an accredited university
    • At least 5 years of experience in a legal or compliance role
    • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
