My name is Funeka Nzima female young, energetic,target driven,smart credit controller who has proven working experience of +-4 years as a credit controller. I have great interest in joining your company to showcase my skills and to add value in the company through the skills that I have acquired over the years . I consider myself an asset as I have worked in different departments and with different teams in order to achieve maximum collections/ensure that the book is always clean.My experience as a Billing Administrator has made my Credit Controller role to be easy as I understand and can be able to make calculated decision should the account/s have a billing dispute.Through my journey at MTN my previous employer I have had the opportunity to be part of major projects which involved data analysis whereby VIP customers were thoroughly checked when they were on boarded to the company their contracts and what we were billing them during that current year.This specific project assisted me with an exposure to how the business works from Onboarding up until my role Credit Controller where the customer needs to pay for the service they signed up for.Not limited to Corporate Complaints as someone who is always eager to learn and come out of their comfort zone I further went for secondment to learn how to resolve customers complaints which was an interesting journey for me as my experience in Billing Administrator/Credit Controller experience came in as a bonus as some/most of the complaints I could resolve them without the need to escalate which worked as an advantage to deliver effective/efficient feedback to the customer.In conclusion even in my day to day life efficiency/effectiveness  is key as customers want to receive their billing timeously should they have queries they want them to be resolved as quick as possible.Not forgetting relationships are vital as well when it comes to this role ofcourse they must be ethical ones based on the company ethics/policies.
