    Description
    Candidate Requirements:
    • Previous experience working in a luxury lodge
    • A couple where 1 person has guiding experience would be preferred
    • Must have at least 4 years of experience in an assistant lodge management position
    • Must be very strong in administration
    • Have experience in managing a team
    • Must have strong managerial capabilities
    • Positive attitude and approach toward teamwork
    • Hands-on approach toward guest experience
    • Ability to take initiative and problem-solving
    • Have a strong eye for detail with regard to all lodge rooms, service & food
    • Must have strong leadership and communication skills verbal and written
    This position is for a Brand New lodge that will be opening soon - the ideal candidate for this position would be plant-based as the lodge will be focusing on holistic wellness, and serving plant-based meals. Couples where one partner has experience working in Maintenance or Wellness (Yoga) would also be considered. This position is family friendly and will be able to accomodate couples with children.
