    Description

    LetsLink Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual for the position of Clinical Facilitator / Quality Coordinator. Join the team of a private hospital in an impactful role where you'll contribute to the development and enhancement of nursing education and clinical practices.

    Role Summary:

    As a Clinical Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating theoretical and clinical learning experiences in a dynamic hospital setting. Your responsibilities will encompass providing contemporary nursing education, evaluation, and support to students within the clinical ward environment. Additionally, you'll collaborate with hospital clinical teams to foster continuous improvement in nursing standards and practices.

    Requirements:

    • Registered Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council or equivalent (NQF 7)
    • Assessor and moderator trained
    • Qualification in Education
    • Commencement of education towards a Master's Degree within two years of employment
    • Minimum two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical environment
    • Research literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Knowledge of stakeholder relationship management
    • Familiarity with educational and business management principles
    • Understanding of legislative frameworks in nursing education and practice
    • Awareness of government and private partnerships
